A collection of work I have done over the years, both for professional purposes as well as for self-projects to learn new skills and improve design ability.
These business card artworks represent each client’s diverse profession. Most cards represent what each specific company specializes in, others gave free creative reign where they asked for colourful standout designs while still giving a corporate and professional look and feel.
Flyers created for various advertising purposes. Each one displays text, graphics and images corresponding to the relevant event, promo item or business advertisement. The artworks has a clear design to help draw attention to the viewer on what the event or business is about.
Poster designs which were all created to display events being held by the businesses or for general advertising. These artworks are representative of these goals and clearly showcase each ones theme and look and feel to indicate what the event is about.
The emblem and face of any company, the first and most important symbol a person will recognise of a brand. Many of these logos were self-projects in order to build and improve skills.
Illustrations which were all created to improve skills and art. All were created in Illustrator or CorelDraw.
The below illustrations depict three different school grounds. They were created with the idea of a “drive through” open day during the Covid 19 pandemic. Each school was illustrated, printed and handed out to parents to use for viewpoints and directions for how to proceed through the school property.
A self-project for a new design for bottle labels for a micro beer brewery, The Dog and Fig, unfortunately now no longer in existence. The previous labels were very plain, a solid colour with white text. The below was aimed at bringing some life to the previous dullness, bringing into view the Wild Dog and Fig, and adding a very short description of each different type of beer at the bottom of the label.
The following web based self-projects were created with the purpose to learn and upskill in WordPress and Figma. While the functionality of the sites are not able to be viewed online since they are not hosted or real in any sense, these images serve to bring attention to the knowledge and experience gained while doing the projects.
